This is a music video for “Alabama Black Snakes - To the Land”.
The video tries to examine the sense of restlessness of the song’s music and lyrics.
Motion capture technology was used to track puppet dancing. Facial tracking of the lead singer performing to song was add’ed to the character. Footage was done with a vintage volvo, some burning gasoline, ink & paper and some optical flashlight effects.
